Account Usage Terms

• You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, your valid mobile number and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
• Your login may only be used by (YOU) one person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your account. You are advised to keep changing your password at regular intervals.
• Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any unwanted SPAMs in your account - you are advised to configure your account with necessary mail filters and use preferred emails & blacklist emails effectively.
• You agree that you will not SPAM your account, you are expected to apply the necessary mail filters on your end and on mobee.in. Misuse of the service with email SPAM or mobile SMS spam will not be entertained - and account may be terminated in such cases.
• You may not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable law or the terms or service. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

• Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
• Prices & Validity of all Credit Packages are subject to change from time to time.

Monthly Subscription Plans, Validity and Refunds

1. mobee provides you with different monthly plans to buy using a valid credit/debit card, pay from your online bank account. We do not store your Credit/Debit card details or online bank transfer details with us.
2. mobee is a pre-paid service, user is expected to make a pre-payment. Only when the amount is available you can choose a monthly plan.
3. There is no refund on pre-paid amount; you can only use the pre-paid amount against mobee services.
4. If there isn't enough amount available in your account, you will be automatically moved to FREE plan at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
5. Your billing cycle is always from the date of purchase to next 30days of purchase.

General Conditions

1. You understand that Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
2. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. , or any other Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. services.
3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd.
4. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
5. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your mail Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
6. Bitla Software Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
7. mobee is committed to delivering the emails via SMS instantaneously and vice-versa. However, mobeeis not responsible for the delays or non delivery of the SMS due to SMS provider delays, mobile not reachable/switched off or for any other reasons.
