Billing and Payment

Q. What are the charges for subscribing to mobee?

Mobee comes with TRIAL and PREMIUM accounts. For PREMIUM accounts, you can choose the plan as per your need.

Q. What are the charges for each service?

For PREMIUM accounts, for every SMS that you receive one Credit will be charged. For REPLY, SEND mail – it’s FREE.

Q. Is online payment safe?

YES, we do not store your Credit Card details. It will be directly going through highly secure payment gateway provider, so you are safe with your payments.

Q. What types of payment modes do you accept?

We accept online payments using Credit Cards, ATM-cum-Debit Cards, Direct Bank Debits, Cash Cards and Mobile Payments.
For corporate plans, we accept Cheque payments too

Q. How does your refund policy work?

We do not refund for your balance Credits – we request you to consume all your credits.

Free Stuff

Q. I want to send a quick email – how can I do that?

You can SEND email to anyone from anywhere just by sending an SMS to +91 98454 98454 as:
SEND <email_address> your message
The mail will be delivered for FREE.
If you are a mobee subscriber – you can setup a Custom Signature. Your mail will be personalized with your signature and sends as though you sent it directly from your email account.

Q. I’m a subscriber of mobee. When I SEND an email through mobee and if the other party replies to that email – who gets that email?

Replies will be sent to your original email account as per the registered email address in mobee.
